The tallest stones here are about 150cm, whilst the diameter of the circle is 15m
The stone circle is unusual for Co Cork as most others are located in the hills and mountains with the accompanying dramatic scenery, whilst this one is situated in a relatively flat valley, though still in beautiful countryside.
Despite there being a few stones missing from this circle, it's still worth visiting, and the ease of access is a bonus, the stones being in a field next to the road.
